The Artist

In seeking to celebrate our global neighbors, Julie Bosacker captures the beauty of ethnic diversity in her graphite drawings. For many years, she and her husband, Steve, trained International Community Development students with the University of the Nations. They traveled with their two children throughout Asia and Africa, and became familiar withmany of the people groups she illustrates today. Her drawings have been featured in a variety of publications including the books, Target Earth (William Carey Press) and Trusting God Again (InterVarsity Press) as well as each year since 1988 in YWAM's Personal Prayer Diary and Daily Planner.

Her work has been exhibited at the United Nations Delegate's Library, and can be found in numerous corporate and private collections around the world.
